User-space corruption via stale migration translations

Memory corruption in the Linux kernel on Alpha systems allows local users to corrupt user-space memory during page migration. The Alpha migration path rolls over the address-space number but does not fully invalidate per-CPU and cross-CPU TLB entries, leaving stale data or instruction translations after pages move. Memory compaction must be enabled; affected uniprocessor and multiprocessor systems can produce process crashes, allocator failures, and corrupted application data.
