Kernel memory corruption via stale DMA mappings

Memory corruption in the Linux Kernel ChipIdea UDC driver allows local users to compromise kernel memory during USB reconnection. The _ep_nuke() shutdown path returns aborted requests without unmapping DMA buffers or clearing scatter-gather bounce state, so _hardware_enqueue() can reuse freed or invalid DMA addresses. Triggering the flaw requires a disconnect during an active multi-segment transfer, followed by reuse of the same request after reconnection; the resulting alignment errors can corrupt kernel memory.
