Kernel panic via autosuspended Wave5 register access

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.13 through 6.18.15 and 6.19 through 6.19.5 allows local users to panic the kernel. The Wave5 VPU buffer-queue path calls wave5_dec_clr_disp_flag after the 100-ms autosuspend delay powers down the device, so its register access raises an asynchronous SError. Reachability requires affected Wave5 hardware, access to its V4L2 decoder, and buffer queueing during the autosuspend window; the panic interrupts the host.
