System crash via skbedit range-size wraparound

Divide-by-zero in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to crash the system via a crafted skbedit queue range. The tcf_skbedit_hash() path stores the inclusive TX-queue range size in a 16-bit mapping_mod field, so a full 65,536-value range wraps to zero before a packet hash is reduced modulo that value. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access to configure the skbedit action; triggering the affected path causes a kernel crash without reported data disclosure or modification.
