Kernel memory corruption via undersized AV1 tile buffer

An out-of-bounds write in the Linux Kernel Verisilicon AV1 decoder allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via crafted AV1 data. The decoder allocates the tile-info buffer with an undersized constant, then writes row_sb, col_sb, start_pos, and end_pos as four 32-bit fields for every tile. Reachability requires a local low-privileged user and the Verisilicon AV1 decoder path; the overwrite exposes kernel confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
