System crash via unchecked TX release sequence

Null pointer dereference in the Linux kernel rtw89 PCI Wi-Fi driver allows physically proximate attackers to crash affected systems. An invalid rpp_info.seq from a TX release report indexes wd_ring->pages without a bounds check in rtw89_pci_release_tx. Exposure requires an active affected rtw89 PCI Wi-Fi interface; radio traffic can stimulate TX completions, but the rare malformed report is not directly controllable by physically proximate attackers.
