Out-of-bounds kernel read via negative NUMA node

An out-of-bounds read in the LoongArch Linux kernel allows local users to access memory before a CPU-mask array via NUMA_NO_NODE. The arch-specific cpumask_of_node() macro indexes cpus_on_node directly with the supplied node value, so the valid sentinel value -1 selects an element before the array instead of the all-CPU mask. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access on a LoongArch system; public sources identify no specific trigger or demonstrated exploit outcome.
