Local memory corruption via unchecked interface count

Out-of-bounds write in affected Linux kernel releases beginning with 5.13 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory. The driver accepts firmware-supplied sw_attr.num_ifs without checking the 64-entry DPSW_MAX_IF limit, then dpaa2_switch_fdb_get_flood_cfg() uses it to fill cfg->if_id. Reachability requires a DPAA2 DPSW device whose firmware reports at least 64 interfaces and, at exactly 64, a flood filter matching every port.
