Kernel OOPS via unchecked GHES record lengths

Out-of-bounds reads in Linux kernel APEI/GHES handling allow local users to cause a kernel OOPS when BIOS supplies a truncated ARM error record. The handlers in drivers/acpi/apei/ghes.c and drivers/ras/ras.c dereference err->section_length and ctx_info->size before verifying that the GHESv2 buffer contains those fields. Exposure requires an ARM system using GHESv2 and a malformed or incomplete firmware error record; the documented consequence is service interruption through a kernel OOPS.
