GPU service interruption via unchecked user queue size

Improper input validation in the Linux Kernel AMDGPU user-queue component allows local users to cause GPU faults via malformed queue sizes. amdgpu_userq_input_args_validate accepts a user-supplied queue_size without requiring a power of two or the 4 KiB AMDGPU_GPU_PAGE_SIZE minimum. Exploitation requires local GPU access and a supported AMDGPU user-queue path; malformed ring sizing can interrupt GPU processing, with no reported data access or code execution.
