Local service interruption via leaked device reference

Resource leak in Linux Kernel 6.19 through 6.19.5 allows local users to interrupt service through device-mapper multipath path parsing. The parse_path() ENOMEM branch returns after scsi_dh_attached_handler_name() fails but omits dm_put_device(), retaining the path-device reference. Local low-privileged access and this allocation-failure path are required; repeated leaks exhaust kernel resources without data disclosure or modification.
