Kernel worker oops via stale batch error

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.15 through 6.18.15 and 6.19 through 6.19.5 allows local users to oops a kernel worker. In ceph_process_folio_batch(), a failed GFP_NOWAIT bounce-buffer allocation leaves rc nonzero, so the writeback loop retains ceph_wbc.pages instead of submitting and freeing it. The path requires fscrypt-enabled CephFS, multiple encrypted folios in one write, and allocation pressure; the surviving page array reaches ceph_allocate_page_array() and triggers BUG_ON().
