Data loss via stale attribute-leaf freemap entries

XFS attribute-leaf corruption in the Linux kernel allows local users to cause data loss through repeated extended-attribute updates. In _leaf_add, array growth can leave a zero-length freemap entry with a nonzero base and fail to adjust another entry, so later name-value allocation overlaps the entries array. Reachability requires write access to a file on a vulnerable XFS mount; that access can be local or mediated by an exported filesystem.
