Service interrupt via unreleased memory region

Resource leak in the cx25821 PCI media driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to cause a service interrupt during device setup. cx25821_dev_setup() reserves a memory region through cx25821_get_resources() but fails to call release_mem_region() when ioremap() fails. Reachability requires the cx25821 driver and its device-setup failure path; the leaked reservation affects availability without exposing or altering data.
