Service interruption via probe-path runtime PM leak

Resource leak in the Linux Kernel IPU6 PCI driver 6.10 and later allows local users to interrupt service after device probe failures. The ipu6_pci_probe() error branches jump to out_ipu6_bus_del_devices without balancing an acquired runtime PM reference, retaining the reference during cleanup. Reachability requires an Intel IPU6 PCI device and a failing probe path; published material does not identify a user-controlled trigger or whether interruption means a hang, crash, or lost power management.
