Local kernel panic via atomic-context PMIC call

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to trigger a kernel panic through DWC3 gadget VBUS handling. The dwc3_gadget_vbus_draw() path can invoke sleep-capable power-supply and PMIC operations while running in atomic context, where sleeping is invalid. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an active DWC3 gadget path; the bounded consequence is a system-wide crash.
