Kernel memory corruption via unchecked CMN topology

Memory corruption in the Linux kernel's perf/arm-cmn driver allows attackers to corrupt kernel memory during unsupported CMN discovery. arm_cmn_discover accepts logical node IDs and mesh dimensions beyond its compiled maxima, allowing later fixed-size array operations to overflow. The condition requires unsupported ARM CMN hardware to report out-of-range topology values during probe; Ubuntu states that user space cannot invoke or influence it.
