Service interruption via premature buffer-list insertion

Resource-management error in the Linux Kernel Iris media driver allows local users to interrupt service during internal buffer allocation. The internal-buffer creation path links a buffer into buffers->list before dma_alloc_attrs() succeeds, so an allocation failure leaves a partially initialized list entry. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and a DMA allocation failure; the documented result is inconsistent kernel state, memory leakage, and availability loss.
