Kernel disclosure and interruption via zero LUT

Out-of-bounds shifting in the Switchtec NTB driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to disclose kernel data or interrupt service. The driver passes a zero memory-window LUT count to rounddown_pow_of_two(), which performs an invalid shift instead of skipping the rounding operation. Reachability requires a Switchtec NTB configuration reporting zero memory-window LUTs and local low-privileged access; the published impact is limited to disclosure and service interruption.
