Kernel crash via invalid error-pointer cleanup

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel dm-verity FEC path allows local users to crash the kernel when buffer-client allocation fails. In verity_fec_ctr(), either dm_bufio_client_create() call can return an ERR_PTR(), but cleanup passes that value to dm_bufio_client_destroy() without guarding it. The user must be able to configure a dm-verity target with FEC, and the consequence is limited to a system crash.
