Availability loss via unsynchronized request status accesses

Race condition in Linux Kernel Bluetooth HCI synchronization allows local users to impair request processing through concurrent command paths. The send, completion, cancellation, and connection-abort paths access hdev->req_status with plain C reads or writes outside req_lock while separate workqueues can run on different CPUs, permitting load fusion or store reordering. Low-privileged local access is required, and the published impact is limited to availability without data disclosure or modification.
