Guest-induced vCPU hang via permission-blind remapping

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.19 before 6.19.14 allows guest OS users to hang a vCPU through a denied GPA access. mshv_handle_gpa_intercept() remaps movable pages without first checking the requested access against region permissions, so the unchanged permission immediately faults again. Reachability requires an MSHV guest and a movable region that denies the attempted write or execute access; the resulting loop consumes host CPU resources.
