Guest crash via missing ixgbevf Hyper-V callback

NULL pointer dereference in the ixgbevf driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to crash Hyper-V guests during device probe. The ixgbevf Hyper-V operations table leaves negotiate_features NULL, while ixgbevf_set_features unconditionally calls that callback during device initialization. Reachability requires a vulnerable kernel in a Hyper-V guest using the ixgbevf virtual-function driver; the resulting kernel fault interrupts that guest.
