Local service interruption via undersized decrypt buffer

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service through an undersized AEAD receive buffer. The minimum receive-size check in crypto/algif_aead.c omits the authentication-tag length when validating output space for decryption. Unprivileged AF_ALG access is the gate; upstream material does not identify the exact runtime failure mode beyond loss of availability.
