Local service interruption via unchecked IRQ errors

Improper error handling in the Linux Kernel VC4 HDMI driver allows local users to cause a service interruption during device initialization. vc4_hdmi_hotplug_init() stored negative platform_get_irq_byname() results in unsigned variables and passed them as IRQ numbers to devm_request_threaded_irq(). The path requires a VC4 HDMI variant with an external IRQ controller and a failed named hot-plug IRQ lookup; public sources do not describe how a local user induces that condition.
