Service interruption via vidtv stack copy

Improper uninitialized-value handling in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service through the vidtv test driver. The vidtv_ts_null_write_into() and vidtv_ts_pcr_write_into() functions copy argument structs by value, carrying uninitialized padding and its MSAN metadata onto the stack. Reachability requires local access and execution of the vidtv transport-stream path; the upstream report documents an MSAN warning, while NVD bounds the assessed consequence to availability.
