CVE-2026-43051

Kernel memory disclosure via short Bluetooth reports

Published May 1, 2026 · Updated May 1, 2026

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux Kernel Wacom driver allows physically proximate attackers to read memory or interrupt service via short HID reports. wacom_intuos_bt_irq reads report 0x03 fields without requiring 22 bytes, while report 0x04 falls through and is processed without requiring 32 bytes. A Wacom Bluetooth device path must accept the crafted report; the read can expose adjacent kernel data or destabilize the host, with no data modification shown.
