Remote TX queue stall via lost BQL credits

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.15 through 6.18.21 or 6.19 through 6.19.11 allows remote attackers to stall the TX queue. axienet_free_tx_chain sums completed buffer-descriptor lengths into a per-poll accumulator, so bytes completed in an earlier NAPI poll are lost before the final descriptor credits BQL. Exploitation requires the Xilinx AXI Ethernet driver, scatter-gather transmission, and one packet's descriptors to complete across separate NAPI polls; the resulting queue stall interrupts transmission without a reported crash.
