Local denial of service via Bluetooth resource leak

Resource leak in the Bluetooth HCI command queue in Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt service through Bluetooth activity. hci_cmd_sync_queue_once() fails to distinguish an existing queue item from newly queued work, so callers expect callbacks that never run and retain associated resources. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and the vulnerable Bluetooth command-queue path; repeated triggering exhausts resources and disrupts availability.
