Local kernel memory corruption via unlocked hci_conn access

Use-after-free in the Bluetooth hci_conn code in Linux Kernel allows local users to read, modify, or corrupt kernel memory. The set_cig_params_sync function looks up an hci_conn and reads its configuration under only an RCU lock, allowing concurrent deletion or modification because the hdev lock is absent. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a race during Bluetooth LE isochronous CIG configuration, resulting in kernel memory compromise or a system crash.
