Kernel crash via truncated mesh advertising payload

An out-of-bounds read in the Bluetooth MGMT mesh path of Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the kernel with a truncated command. The mesh_send() handler checks only total command length and trusts adv_data_len, so its asynchronous path reads beyond a truncated queued buffer. Local access with permission to issue Bluetooth management commands is required; successful exploitation interrupts the entire host by crashing the kernel.
