System crash via invalid mlx5 LAG debugfs state

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux Kernel revisions allows local users to crash the system through invalid mlx5 LAG debugfs entries. mlx5_ldev_add_debugfs creates files after __mlx5_lag_dev_add_mdev reports success without a valid LAG context, leaving attributes to dereference a null ldev pointer. Triggering the crash requires local access to an exposed LAG debugfs attribute after the mlx5 initialization error path.
