Local service interruption via skipped driver cleanup

Resource leakage in the STM32 OSPI driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to cause a service interrupt during driver removal. When pm_runtime_resume_and_get() fails, stm32_ospi_remove() returns before unregistering the SPI controller and releasing other resources. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and removal of an STM32 OSPI device; repeated failures can exhaust resources and interrupt service.
