Cross-project token issuance via mismatched project identifiers

Incorrect authorization in OpenStack Keystone before 29.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to obtain tokens for other projects. POST /v3/credentials accepts a caller-supplied project_id for an EC2 credential without verifying that it matches the authenticating application credential's project. An unrestricted application credential is required; exchanging the forged EC2 credential at /v3/ec2tokens grants the credential owner's roles in the targeted project.
