Code execution via installer DLL search path

DLL search-order hijacking in the HYPER SBI 2 installer before 3.20.0 allows local users to execute code through a crafted DLL. When launched from a directory containing the crafted library, the installer searches that directory and loads the DLL without restricting its search path. A user must invoke the installer from that directory; the payload then runs with that user's privileges and can access resources available to the installer.
