Unauthenticated tool invocation via unchecked JSON-RPC dispatch

Missing authentication in Network-AI before 5.1.3 allows remote attackers to invoke privileged management tools over MCP HTTP. The _handlePost() handler parses an untrusted JSON-RPC body and sends it to handleRPC(), which dispatches tools/call directly to the tool registry without checking a session, origin, or token. Network reachability is sufficient because the server binds to 0.0.0.0 by default, exposing reads and writes to live configuration, agent control, shared state, security tokens, and budget ceilings.
