External filename control in Grav Form Plugin before 9.1.0 allows remote attackers to overwrite page content through a public file upload. Form::uploadFiles accepts a POST-supplied filename, permits page-content extensions, and Form::copyFiles moves the upload over an existing page file. Exploitation requires a public upload form with a permissive accept policy and the default self@ destination; overwritten Markdown can define a form action that creates a super-admin account.
