Super-admin escalation via arbitrary account YAML upload

Privilege escalation in Grav 2.0.0-beta.2 allows remote authenticated users with api.media.write to obtain API super-admin access. The blueprint-upload controller trusts caller-supplied destination and scope values, resolves self@: with users/anything to user/accounts/, and writes an uploaded YAML account file without blocking that target or file type. Media-upload permission alone therefore permits a new account with api.super to control content, configuration, users, packages, and system administration.
