Subscriber-level stored XSS via unchecked settings write
Published Mar 18, 2026 · Updated Mar 18, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Code Cabin WP Go Maps 10.0.05 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via wpgmza_custom_js. The anonymous admin_post_wpgmza_save_settings handler saves that parameter without a capability check or adequate input sanitization, and later output lacks sufficient escaping. Subscriber-level access reaches the handler, while subsequent page access executes the stored script in a visitor's browser.
