Unauthenticated draft FAQ disclosure via public REST routes
Published Apr 29, 2026 · Updated Apr 29, 2026
Sensitive information exposure in WPDeveloper BetterDocs 4.3.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to retrieve draft FAQ data via REST requests. FAQBuilder registers the faq-posts, uncategorised-faq, and category-search REST routes with an always-true permission callback, while its query includes draft posts. No authentication is required; exposure requires an active plugin and stored nonpublic FAQ content, and the observed consequence is disclosure of that content and related metadata.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
