Service interruption via tensor-dimension integer overflow

Integer overflow in Arm ArmNN through 2026-03-27 allows local users to trigger a heap buffer over-read with a crafted TFLite model. TensorShape::GetNumElements() multiplies attacker-controlled tensor dimensions with 32-bit unsigned arithmetic without detecting wraparound, so GetNumBytes() understates the allocation and BatchToSpaceNdLayer reads beyond it during Optimize()->InferOutputShapes(). The attack requires local access to submit a model for optimization; the record does not establish whether the resulting interruption is a crash or a hang.
