Persistent printer hang via unbounded print sessions

Resource exhaustion in HP ENVY 5000 series firmware VERBASPP1N003.2237A.00 allows remote attackers to hang the printer via port 9100. The JetDirect/RAW printing service retains persistent TCP sessions without a connection timeout or concurrency limit, leaving session threads locked in a waiting state. Same-network access is sufficient to block all print jobs and user commands until a manual restart, after which the attack can resume.
