Cross-site scripting in Svelte before 5.55.7 allows attackers to execute script in victims' browsers through server-rendered pages. The SSR attribute-spread path serializes event-handler properties from untrusted objects into HTML instead of excluding them. Exploitation requires an application to spread attacker-controlled data, browser JavaScript, and an event that fires before hydration reaches the element.
