Unauthenticated service crash via pooled context reuse

A race condition in Gotenberg before 8.32.0 allows remote attackers to crash the service through concurrent webhook and API requests. The webhook goroutine retains a recycled echo.Context whose store can be cleared before hardTimeoutMiddleware performs an unchecked logger type assertion, causing an unrecovered panic. Any client with network access can trigger the panic without credentials; each crash terminates in-flight conversions, and sustained requests can keep restarted instances unavailable.
