BLE management loss via malformed node name

Improper input validation in Meshtastic Firmware before 2.7.23.b246bcd allows remote attackers to interrupt BLE management. Firmware string-copy paths can null-terminate User.long_name inside a multibyte UTF-8 sequence and propagate the malformed value, which the iOS app rejects while decoding the node database. Any mesh node can trigger the fail/retry loop without authentication; the radio remains uncontrollable through iOS BLE until the entry ages out or is removed through another management path.
