Arbitrary command execution via unquoted merge path

Command injection in Dulwich 0.24.0 through 1.2.4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a malicious Git branch. ProcessMergeDriver inserts the attacker-controlled tree path into the %P placeholder without quoting before passing the resulting string to subprocess.run with shell execution enabled. Exploitation requires a victim to merge the untrusted branch while a merge driver referencing %P is configured, and commands run with the victim process's privileges.
