Cross-customer alert reassignment via unchecked update properties

Incorrect authorization in DFIR-IRIS iris-web before 2.4.28 allows remote authenticated users to reassign alerts across customers. The /alerts/update/{id} handler accepts alert_customer_id and other updated properties without revalidating customer assignment or security rules. The account needs alerts_write permission and one assigned customer; successful reassignment permits false attribution, while a separate XSS path enables alert disclosure.
