Phishing via unrestricted post-login redirect
Published Apr 29, 2026 · Updated Apr 29, 2026
Open redirect in Jenkins Microsoft Entra ID Plugin 666.v6060de32f87d and earlier allows remote attackers to launch phishing attacks. The post-login redirect handler accepts an attacker-chosen external destination instead of limiting the target to a relative Jenkins URL. Exploitation requires a user to follow a crafted Jenkins link and complete authentication, after which the trusted Jenkins origin forwards the browser to the attacker-controlled site.
