CVE-2026-42513Network attack vector

Account access via client-trusted authentication response

Published Apr 29, 2026 · Updated Apr 29, 2026

Authentication bypass in C-DAC e-Sushrut HMIS previous versions allows remote attackers to access user accounts without valid credentials. The authentication flow trusts client-side response parameters to decide whether authentication succeeded, so intercepted server responses can be altered to report success. Network access and the ability to intercept and modify a login response are required; successful exploitation exposes the targeted account and its data.
