Service interruption via quadratic phrase concatenation

Denial of service in Go standard library net/mail before 1.25.10 and 1.26.0-0 through 1.26.2 allows remote attackers to exhaust resources. addrParser.consumePhrase repeatedly appends parsed RFC 5322 phrase tokens to an immutable string, recopying the growing result and producing quadratic CPU and allocation costs on pathological addresses. An application must expose an affected address-parsing entry point to attacker-controlled input; the bounded consequence is service interruption, not data disclosure or modification.
